Who writes this content
Pages on koreissuance.com are written by the KoreInside editorial team — practitioners who work daily with issuers, securities counsel, auditors, transfer agents and broker-dealers running exempt offerings. Regulation-specific pages are reviewed by team members with direct operational experience of that exemption.
Our sources
- Primary regulatory sources first: the SEC's rules, forms and published guidance, and the text of the JOBS Act.
- Operational experience from live offerings run on Kore infrastructure.
- Input from KorePartners securities lawyers and audit firms for anything touching filing mechanics.
Useful primary references include the SEC's exempt offerings hub and Investor.gov.
Fact-checking process
- Every regulatory claim is traced to a primary source before publication.
- Figures, thresholds and limits are re-verified whenever the SEC adjusts them.
- Pricing and platform capability statements are confirmed against current commercial terms.
- Regulation pages are reviewed on a scheduled basis and after any material rule change.
What we will not publish
- Guarantees about raising outcomes, rankings, listings or regulatory approval.
- Claims of certification or compliance we cannot evidence.
- Client names or performance data without written approval.
- Content presented as legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.
