About KoreInside

KoreInside builds the infrastructure that makes private capital raising compliant, auditable and repeatable — for the companies raising and the professionals who stand behind them.

Our mission

Make compliant capital raising accessible to any company that qualifies for it. The JOBS Act exemptions opened private markets to a far wider set of issuers and investors, but the operational burden — disclosure, verification, ledgers, reporting, shareholder communication — stayed built for large institutions. We close that gap with technology and a vetted partner network rather than with billable hours.

Our vision

A private market where every security has a clean, continuous, machine-verifiable record from issuance through every transfer — so diligence takes days instead of months, and so shareholder relationships outlast the round that created them.

What we stand for

Compliance is the product

A raise that closes but cannot survive diligence has not succeeded. Everything we build starts from the record a regulator, auditor or acquirer will eventually examine.

One record, three audiences

Issuers, securities lawyers and auditors see the same underlying data. No reconciliation between a spreadsheet, a portal and a PDF that disagree with each other.

No markup, no lock-in

KorePartners set their own fees and are paid directly. We do not add an upcharge, and your records belong to you.

Who we serve

Companies raising capital

From pre-raise clean-up through post-raise shareholder communications, on infrastructure that keeps the record straight while you focus on the raise.

Securities lawyers

Clean corporate records, traceable investor evidence and a cap table you can rely on when preparing filings or responding to comments.

Auditors and accountants

A securities ledger and minute book maintained continuously, so testing ownership and equity transactions does not start with a reconstruction project.

Company timeline

  1. 2012

The JOBS Act creates Regulation CF and expands Regulation A, opening private capital raising to the public.

  2. 2015–2016

Regulation A+ and Regulation CF take effect. Issuers discover the hard part is not raising — it is the compliance record afterwards.

  3. 2017–2022

The Kore ecosystem is built around a single source of truth: cap table, transfer agent record, minute book and investor onboarding on one platform.

  4. 2023–2025

The KorePartners network expands across securities counsel, audit, broker-dealers, transfer agents and marketing — with no fee markup.

  5. 2026

KoreIssuance launches at koreissuance.com as the dedicated home for issuers, lawyers and auditors running exempt offerings.
